Nothing helps eliminate the struggle.
Do you dread therapy simply because good things take the time or maybe because talking about problems doesn’t feel appealing?
Yet, that stubborn antsy feeling keeps creeping into your days. Unpleasant memories constantly replay; you feel the energy draining from your body, and motivation to do anything significant is nonexistent.
No one understands the struggle. You have a lonely feeling that won’t go away, and it gets heavier day by day – no matter how hard you try.
Grounding, meditation, gratitude, and journaling aren’t working.
Hope is elusive.
You feel powerless as no glimmer of hope is visible.
Life is a never-ending cycle struggle with no apparent way out – making it difficult to imagine a life worth living.
Right now, life feels like a chore to go through the days, and this load of unresolved issues is too heavy to drag around.
You feel suffocated as there is no room to breathe as you sink deeper and deeper into the ocean of conflicts, broken relationships, career struggles, fears, and grief.
Take a deep breath and find the help you need.
There is no need to endure such pain and carry it around yourself because it is exhausting and lonely.
Give me a chance to help with a straightforward treatment that will change your life for the better, and you will never look at therapy and your life the same way again.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is fast, effective, and magical. Let me tell you more.
What is ART?
ART is one of the latest forms of “eye-movement” therapy. This form of therapy is used to treat a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to, phobias, panic attacks, anxiety, flashbacks, nightmares, post-traumatic stress, traumatic memories, etc.
ART is different from traditional talk therapy. For an Art session, we decide what issue we want to address. Then, I follow a protocol and guide you through a process. There is minimal talking on your behalf because I do most of the talking and instruct you about the steps to take. That’s it.
We start the session with a goal, and we end the session by measuring what we achieved. Unlike traditional talk therapy, you don’t need to explore all the aspects of your life to treat a specific issue. We treat an isolated incident/issue and move on.
You are welcome to share with me what you experience, or you can choose to give me the minimal information needed. Neither will affect the outcome. We work with your brain through eye movement and memory, and there is no need for expanded narrative.
Why do clients prefer ART?
There are many cool reasons why clients like ART. The main reason is that ART is a very brief intervention that takes one to five sessions to treat a problem.
There is no need for the client to talk about the details of the issue. The narrative is entirely optional; so if it is something you prefer not to disclose, that’s perfectly fine and up to you!
ART saves money and time. There are other effective techniques to treat the concerns mentioned above, but they take a long time and require the client to re-experience the process repeatedly. Processing that experience can be overwhelming, traumatizing, and of course, time-consuming.
With ART, there is quick resolution. You work on the subject, put it away, and move on. There is no homework and no recollection of trauma between sessions.
Requirements to take an ART session include…
A client must be able to move their eyes uninhibitedly and retain a thought. Most importantly, it would help if the client is motivated for change.
It is entirely okay to be skeptical about this approach. I was skeptical, too. Your first experience with ART will take care of the skepticism.
Anyone can benefit from ART.
Those who went through 2020, the crazy pandemic year, and have been dealing with lingering stress, exhaustion, grief, loss, anger, or fear – not to mention the random struggles that came out that year – are great candidates for ART.
Stress and anxiety are often relieved with one to four ART sessions. ART is effective for students having examination or social anxiety – and for first responders and medical professionals who witness trauma daily.
ART offers relief from traumas and phobias, big or small, and helps the individual move beyond the place where they feel stuck and towards growth and positive changes.
